That might help. I followed it's instructions, and it worked for me.
However, I don't have any antivirus protection software or bizarre firewall settings, so that might be why it works for me XD
And yes, this tool is the same as the one's you guys are using and backs up and restores gamesaves, as well as backing up the actual rom file. (which takes forever lol apprxmtly 1 min per megabyte)
