There's a few different kinds of packs of these cards.
You've got the pack that comes with the came, the one that came with Official Nintendo Magazine, and the ones from Club Nintendo, as well as ones for sale I think.

Why does this entire topic so far read like it was written by spam bots?

There was an effort to brute force the DSi common key with a networked brute forcer before, I don't think it went over very well though.
Even though it would probably take millions of computers to run the program for millions of years to find the 3DS common key, I'd still like to try running it.

Neato, but it doesn't look like any of those cards hasn't already been scanned on the AR card database.
Check though the list and see if you happen to have any cards not yet indexed, scans will always be appreciated.

Actually I think that the game as it was released was meant to be the final version. But when fans started to complain about lack of retry button, WayForward decided to implement that (because the 3DS firmware allowed them to) and throw in some extra stages as well.
I'm fairly sure DSiWare has received updates before. I think the DSi Web Browser at the very least.
Did Shantae Risky's Revenge ever get a fix? There's a bug in some cutscene dialogue towards the end of the game, on my UK release. It basically says <string id not found> about 6 times.
Oh and Mighty Switch Force update should go live in 4 hours, hoorah.
