ATB is a variation of turn based.
but instead of having preset turns based on a speed stat, you have a bar for every character filling up at a rate based on character speed and last action.
once the bar is full that character can perform an action.
depending on your settings the battle will continue (enemy keeps attacking), even if it's "your turn".

saves sometimes add a slot-number to the folder name.
but often the slot number is also hardcoded, so the save will apear corrupt when you move it to a different slot.

zombies do exist.
there are "zombie fungi" which can infect small animals and insects, and take over their brain functions.
they are limited however, 1 species of zombie fungus can usually only infect 1(or very few) species of animal because of the difference in the way their brain works.
a medicine however, unless based on such a fungus, is unlikely to cause people to turn into zombies.
