Priiloader installation failed!

I always get this error: 4294962944 ios36 is not patched...

'S_Identify failed, error 4294962944. ios36 not patched with ES_DIVerify? using cios (holding b and then pressing + or - ) will probably solve this.'

I am on 4.2E with waninkoko cios rev 14

any ideas?

im trying to play a game via the disc channel and it asked me to update. Its samurai warriors 3

I'm just wondering if the official game disc has an update on it? I'm thinking of buying the game. But if there is a disc update, i'll probably need to install priiloader. Or is there another way to disable disc updates?

VGA Cable qualities? and monitor recommendation?

and i'm just wondering if different vga cables will give better picture quality? I have an only VGA cable lying around.

Oh, What do you think of the monitor i'm thinking of getting? it's within my budget. I'll spend up to £120 for a monitor. I'm hoping to connect it up with my Dell Inspiron 15 laptop.
