anyways, i can't see this working with the current game mechanics. i expect it will show up, or at least a vague shadow of it, and it will be heavily nerfed to accomodate new MMO mechanics.
I imagine that the article used Skyrim in the title because being the latest game in the series, and a huge success in sales, it is likely to be recognised by a wider audience than if they had said Tamriel.

anyways, it ain't so hard to mention Tamriel and then say it's the world where Skyrim is just a country or something along those lines. make people recognize Skyrim and then make them see how Skyrim is just a fraction of Tamriel...
That's pretty much what they did in that article isn't it?
They put Skyrim in the headline, to pull the maximum audience, and then in the body of the article they say "Molag Bal tries to pull all of Tamriel into his demonic realm." so that we know it's a game dealing with all of Tamriel.
