PlayStation Motion Controller Games Revealed

24 September 2009 - 03:52 PM

So it seems as Sony already have some WiiMotion oh sorry Sony's Motion Wand controller tongue.gif games in the pipe lines

Resident Evil 5 (Alternative Edition)
LittleBigPlanet Motion

After those two games, Sony released an official list of games that use the PlayStation Motion Controller (including a handful of titles that will be upgraded via a patch.) Those games listed include:
Ape Escape PS3
Echochrome 2
Eccentric Slider
Sing and Draw
Champions of TimeMotion Party
The Shoot
Tower: Unknown what this is, but we'll take a flying guess and assume this is a motion-controlled version of Jenga?
PAIN!: aka Mr. Pain. Now you can Ooooch with your own body!
Flower
Hustle KingsHigh Velocity Bowling
EyePet

What i find courious is that RE5 AE will be controlled with the Wand thingy and a PS3 controller !? how should this work well iīm sure Capcom does it right at the end itīs just a strange control setup smile.gif.

You play with one hand holding the Wand and the other a Dual Shock 3.

GT Portable gets dissapointing 6.8 (IGN)

16 September 2009 - 03:31 PM

Well as the titles say GT Portable doesnīt seem to be what everyone expected (sadly) no Career Mode, No Online Multiplayer (reminds me of Soul Calibur :/) strange system to buy new carīs and so on.
Honestly what was Sony thinking especially because of the Career mode.

QUOTE
Being that I'm such a massive fan of the Gran Turismo franchise, I'm having a hard time coming to grips with the fact that this isn't a great (or even just good) game. It pains me to say so, but it's the truth. While the driving mechanics are great, if somewhat dated, the numerous presentation issues (like the complete lack of a career mode) really keep this from being what it could, and should, have been.
