Destination Playstation: Little Big Planet Cart Racing Announced For PS3
February 7, 2012 - Jason Dunning - No Comments

The big news keeps coming out at Destination Playstation and this time around, it comes in the form of Little Big Planet Cart Racing for the PS3.

No hard information was given just yet, but the game will fully support the Move (maybe a wheel will be released alongside the game?) and it will also include full 3D. Expect more details on the game as they are unveiled.

Huh. Doesn't sound to bad. Just another generic cart racer I assume. I haven't really played the LBP series much though.

Personally I hope the game uses a dubstep soundtrack.

So many cart races have flopped over the years, love to see where this ends up.

Let's hope it's decent enough and comes to the PSV! I would kill to get some Mario Kart kind of fun on the PSV :P

Yeah, was thinking that would conflict with ModNation Racers.
I wish there was more info...

Might as well ship the title with a bucket of sick.

Um, yeah, how is this not ModNation Racers?

Literally the two were based on the same exact premise (tons of user generated content), only difference being one was a kart racer and the other was a platformer, minus minor art style changes. Considering another MNR is coming out for the Vita, this just seems really dumb.

EDIT: I'd also love to see that move wheel and how they fit that oversized clown nose into a wheel shell.

This doesn't make any sense at all for two reasons.
1. You can create a kart racing game in LBP2- Heck there are loads of good levels based on it.
2. Modnation Racers has already done this.
