How in the world is MGS:HD Collection second? i searched four different stores and no-one had it, the staff at Gamestation even admitted that they only received 2-3 copies of the game because of its lack of demand

Not if more copies of the top selling game were produced and sent to retailers. It could just be your area that doesn't particularly care for FFXIII-2, but would kill for MGS:HD.
