do i need to upgrade to the latest dsi firmware to buy dsi ware games? what about accessing the dsi shop?
also does agreeing to the agreement when trying to access the dsi store update your dsi firmware automatically?

Yes, you need the latest DSi firmware to get into the shop and buy games.
To be safe, turn off your DSi at the agreement screen if you accidentally go into the store icon. |
