It's to teach aspiring manga artists about creating manga. It lets you create your own stories and color them, etc.

Ever heard of Game Dev Story? Those people made a 'Manga Author Story' in the same vain, so use your imagination to fill the gaps.

This game is awful. It's just some mini games after HOURS of text.
