Are realistic breast physics a requirement? :P

Okaybutseriously, do you mean games where the character's gender is set through the whole game, or are games where you swap back and forth between them as the story goes on acceptable?

Either is fine but could it be specified so it makes it easier :)

Hot Shots Tennis. Technically you can make a male character and dress him up in all female clothing/hairstyles or vice-versa.

Also Lord of Arcana + Lord of Apocalypse (same as Ryupower's suggestions).

Yea I kinda think most of them would be RPGs of some sort but i'm sure there is more :)

Thanks for the help so far and please keep listing them so I can find some new games to play, if it helps expand the list since i think I made it a bit to narrow,

is there any PSP games where you can play as a female protagonist?

Fate/Extra, RPG.
Also maybe Birth by Sleep? It does have a female lead to play as alongside two males >>

If you can get a GBA/GB© Emulator for your PSP you could always try out the Pokemon Games, although who hasn't played those ones yet?
