Finally the team released an upgrade for passing the 3.0 3DS firmwire.

Both can be downloaded at the website (I don't post a link because I am not sure if it is allowed. Otherwise I will edit this post )

V107 => V108 will give a CRC error but the team will release a quick fix for that. I have updated my v107 => v108 by using the unbricker but beware, and don't blame me if you get a bricked or dead Ez Flash Vi, that is very very unsafe.

I confirm an upgrade from v106 to v108 works fine, mine wasn't a bricked card so users who had no probs can safely update

True, the update was meant for updating from v106 -> v108

Those in v107 must use the unbricker 2.0 to update in v108 according to the official website :

It's normal. If it was a new firmware it would be named v109. It's not the case.
The "a" mean the  firmware updater has been updated/fixed (white screen bug), not the firmware content. It's still v108 inside.
