Anyone have experience with these GBA knock-offs?

or this one, which looks like a GBA?

I've been waiting on a response from PA about whether they are expandable (through SD) or by cable file transfer. If anyone has used either of these, I'd appreciate your input.

For whatever reason my internet is now very slow and PA links aren't coming out and have no clue if they look similiar or if they are the same product.
