ATV Wild Ride hasn't been dumped yet, it's been released at the end of May (don't pay attention to the March 30th date given in the Amazon.com link, it's wrong).

I guess, but you have to contact a release group and they'll get it through the scene. Usually, those are the iND releases. iND means "Independent", and i'm pretty sure you get the idea. Just check that it actually isn't released. I haven't updated this thread in a while
