I doubt it, certainly not without reprogramming the whole game, with would take more effort than it would be worth. Seriously, why do people ask dumb questions like this? Think about it, you just expect someone out there to sit and reprogram a whole game, because the controls are a bit annoying for you? Sure, if you are willing to pay them an hourly rate, then someone might. Otherwise, forget about it.

I think every game that uses the wii-mote side ways should have classic control support.

I agree, but it ainīt gonna get fixed for this game.

I F#*ck*nī hate using the Wiimote like a traditional controller!

Itīs a mystery to me why this isnīt just automatically incorporated into any games that use the Wiimote in this fashion.

Guess the devs just want to piss some of us off.

even if you did have classic controller support you would need to use the wiimote to shoot missles.
and if you just pressed a button (like the shoulders) it would be too slow to time anything since you need to shoot them fast on bosses and stuff

The controls are fine, get over it.
You just have to get used to it.
That's the reason we all got a Wii in the first place, because it's different.
Other consoles have sharper graphics and more processing power over the years, but are stucked with the same ol' control scheme.
This is Nintendo we are talking about, they are #1 for a reason.

Ughh, The controls aren't even that bad. Stop your whining, especially since your pirating it.

Or you could have the analog stick control the on-screen pointer. I played the entire game with the classic controller because I don't have a sensor bar and it worked fine.

1st the Wiimote as a normal controller is crap. Period. It doesnīt matter if youīre playing legal or pirated games, crap control is crap control in either case.

2nd @ moosehead, please explain how you got your classic controller working on this game. I sure havenīt been able to with mine, and I highly doubt anyone else has either.

someone clearly doesn't know how controllers work all it would take is a simple remapping of the d pad to the chucks analog stick not reprogramming the whole game...

I've already beat the game and the epilogue and I still don't like the controls. I'm used to it but that doesn't mean that it wouldn't be a thousand times better with an analogue stick.

ITT : ppl that are complete idiots and can't step away from the usual controller crap.
seriously, my hands are way bigger then most and i had no issues (most controller issues i have is cause its to small or shit like that).
if you think it feels awkward then just play , you'll get used to it
and if it doesn't, then youre to stubborn to get used to it
