The readme in the tri-boot is wrong or incomplete? I do not see giving credits to those who really belong. When updating the claims? yaynds.gif

Hey check the front page and redownload the new file, you will be pleasantly surprised to what you will see.
Now please can we agree to stop this pointless arguing and spamming? I am sorry you didn't get credit in the first place, but your post was really hard to make out and just didn't make since to anyone. But that was then and now I have given credit to where credit is due
PS. Wait a second for my slow internet to upload the current file.

I wouldn't call it a quad boot because there's still only 3 things booting. All they really did was replace that screen that came up when you held A as your M3 started.

well, it includes the following boot OS: Kaura (games can be run from it without installing Sakura or Touchpod), Sakura, Touchpod, iTouchDS
I guess it's ok to call it Quad-boot

by the way, although Touchpod and iTouch doesn't boot from the Main Menu anymore, the old Sakura 1.12+ still boots fine from the Main Menu

Can you clear that up a little? I am not sure what you mean.

there's a m3sakura.nds floating around (google for it), copy that and Sakura 1.12+ to your microsd and with a little bit of folder rename and hex editing the path inside a few files, you could boot to Sakura 1.12+ from Kaura and boot into iTouch from there or uses Sakura 1.12+'s autoboot feature by renaming the iTouchDs.nds to defaulty.nds and hold Y when launching Sakura 1.12+ from Kaura
you could call it quint boot

I just uploaded a video of what it looks like, it might take awhile before you could view it

Hmmm, interesting, I shall play around with that. I am not going to add it to the Quad-Boot really because it doesn't seem that needed, but for personal use yeah I am going to give it a try. Thank you ^-^
EDIT: Although could you tell me a little more how to do it? Like the Hex editing and such

Each to their owner.
Glad to recognize it, and I thank you that things have returned to normal. Sorry if I made you some inconvenience. I'll stop producing iSakuRAM. I'm not gonna ask you modify the name of the Quad-Boot but I think the name iSakuRAM would have more impact. It is left to your discretion. I think you're doing a good job. You should make a "readme" more personalized, because it is very poor, but never mind.
You can include my skin on iTouch? You can call it "true_iTouch". Thank you!

PS:_ The file "boot.eng" is not necessary. iTouch in the Quad-Boot, do not need it to work!

I am glad this could have been settled without either of us losing something like our accounts.
If you send me a link to your skin in a PM I will add it to the Quad-Boot and upload it, k?
And I was planning on working on readme next update, I have been really busy, so I pretty much overlooked the readme and crammed a half-ass one in there till later.
And I was going to take that out the next update as well.
EDIT: There was a typo in there

it might need for a 2nd Sakura, but it's good for those people who wants to boot into iTouch without a GBA Expansion Pack

the default path of all the files are /System (6 letters), since there's already an existing /System folder for Kaura, Sakura 1.4x, Touchpod, you need to rename Sakura 1.12+'s folder to something else that's exactly 6 letters long.
then hex editing m3skaura.nds by using the find and replace function (find /System and replace with /what ever you named the Sakura 1.12+ folder)

Alright, now just wondering, is this where you got the Sakura.nds? http://filetrip.net/f3166-M3-Real-dual-boo...glish-hack.html
EDIT: I've never used a HEX editor before, so I am a bit lost on the details here.
Can you help me out?

what you need is the m3sakura.nds file and Sakura 1.1x (preferable english patched)
like, I said, the default path inside the files links to /System on your microsd, you need to rename Sakura 1.1x's System folder to something else, and since the default /System path has been changed, you need to go inside m3sakura.nds and other Sakura system boot files and edit all the /System path to something else
hex editing is kinda like Microsoft Word's Find & Replace feature, you find a word then replace it with something else

for example, if you renamed the Sakura 1.1x 's System folder to M3quad
you would open m3sakura.nds and use the hex editing software's Find and Replace feature to Find all the /System inside the file and replace it with /M3quad, do the same for Sakura 1.1x system boot files (most likely be the g6dsload files)

Hey it worked ^-^ Thanks!
I should have asked this along time ago, but what are the NDS boot files in Sakura?
Alright, good news I got it to load up ^-^ yay! Bad news, I couldn't get it to play roms >.>
EDIT: not having any luck, can you upload the your system file you are using for this?

to boot roms in Sakura 1.1x, you need to edit the path inside the startnds file

it's no secret on how to run newer games on Sakura 1.12+

find the startnds.* file from Sakura 1.45, copy it to Sakura 1.12+ and rename it to you know what
