Now you can use this in the old iSakuReal Which I uploaded here (it has the Zelda Skin already in the iTouchDS folder) But the Sakura is horribly out of date, on the bright side Touchpad and iTouchDS are up to date. 1. you can put the New Sakura with iTouchDS and boot to iTouchDS or Touchpod from inside Sakura if you plug in the GBA expansion into your DS's Slot2. or you could update the old Sakura to run any games that the new Sakura could run without the extra new features Really? Well that's interesting, can you tell me how to do it? I talked to Densetsu3000 and he said you couldn't do it anymore Yes it's true. Did I have made known this. ![]() |

I talked to Densetsu3000 and he said you couldn't do it anymoreWhat dsrules is talking about is a different method that requires you to have a Slot-2 memory expansion as well, though admittedly I didn't even know about this method. I figured if there were a practical solution, someone would have posted it by now. I'm actually very interested to know how it works as well. |

it's just almost same thing as how you would do it in iSakuREAL
instead of using Sakura 1.12+, you replace it with Sakura 1.45 the default boot files in iSakuREAL for iTouchDS and Touchpod are defaulty.nds (iTouchDs?) and defaultx.nds (Touchpod?) on Sakura 1.45, instead of holding X or Y during bootup, you highlight the file and then push either X or Y to boot it if you have a M3Real GBA Expansion pack plugged into your Slot2, otherwise, you get 2 white screens. also, you might want to rename defaulty or x to iTouchDs or Touchpod and update them if necessary (using boot.eng for iTouchDS and g6dsload.eng for Touchpod) when they add new functions to the firmware as for updating Sakura 1.12+ to play newer games as Sakura 1.45, replace the nds boot files with the ones from the new version Edited by dsrules, 21 January 2010 - 09:58 AM. |

I detest these types of threads....people trying to reinvent the wheel and ending up with a square block of wood!
I wish I had an iTouch to give the OP in exchange for her M3DSReal |

After having a lot of people to claim false in my statements, I decided to investigate further why only me that worked. I decided it was derived will slot2 (G6Lite). Then tried to M3ExpansionPack and it worked perfectly. I have made known this, but I do not remember where Post was.
