Still wondering which version I have currently. NSMB works, so I guess I am r20 or better. No big deal.
Is there an easy way to get GH5 & Band Hero working? Do others have these working within
WiiFlow?

I guess my confusion was in that, I never installed Hermes 222 or 223 originally through Homebrew Channel. I believe I only had 249 installed, so when selecting 222 or 223 within WiiFlow, it had nothing to point to.??
Am I correct in this assumption? Also, what merge of IOS should I use to install to either 222 or 223? I've read that IOS 37 is needed for GH5 & Band Hero. (All other Guitar Hero & Rock Band games seem to work properly with 249) I am traveling, so unable to test until I get home. My plan is to install using this tutorial: http://gwht.wikidot.com/hermes-ios222-223 Is this correct way to do it? Then select 222 from game options within WiiFlow? Thanks for everyone's help! BP |

You got the right tutorial wdpaynter, don't worry.
Just a quick word to say r-win has started working on FAT32/NTFS support |

Thank you for continuing work on this.
I'm a major fan of wiiFlow, but was looking at other loaders for fat/ntsc support. Very reluctantly considering downgrading to another loader to enable more portability in my drive selection. It is great that this is now in progress, as I was worried that it was getting abandoned. Thanks and best wishes to Narolez, and of course Hibernatus. BUT especially to whomever is now carrying the torch towards the finish line. (Zorglub and r-win?) btw the line does move regularly, so good luck. |

Hi,
I also like WiiFlow the best of all loaders (mainly because of the nice 3D coverflow). Sadly there are no changes in the repository within the last few months. Therefore I implemented two (and a half) additions in the source code which I am missing in the current release: - Cheat code management (download cheats and automatically create .gct files) - Categories (to be able to filter the displayed covers) (- Automatic .dol update from the internet) - This is just a demo implementation so I did not always have to carry my SD card from my PC to my Wii for updating the test versions. All of these changes have not been tested on any Wii except my own, but I thought I'd still share it with the community. Some detailed information can be found in the release notes inside the archive - there are quite some open issues in this release! http://rapidshare.com/files/339749889/WiiF...ch1_package.zip The source code can be found here: http://rapidshare.com/files/339418006/WiiF...tch1_source.zip The source is not checked in into the official site, but all changes are marked so a merge with addition from other coders should be doable. Looking forward to hear whether these additions are also working anywhere else |

Sounds awesome, and I would love to test, but I'm trying now for 30 Minutes to download this...but I can't. Stupid Rapidshare has too many Users. Can you do me a favor, and upload it to www.multiupload.com (maybe to all Hosters, just to be shure)? I'll test it then with pleashure... Edited by Blue-K, 23 January 2010 - 12:59 PM. |

@vip Is it possible for users to test the demo implementation of auto .dol update, and if so where are the .dols being stored?
Thank you for adding to the loader! |
