You can use your Nintendo Account/ NNID on your Switch, if you been banned

    And if you haven't been banned?





    I guess you mean you can use the same Nintendo account that you used before on a 3DS that got banned, and it will still work on your Switch.
    Right? Perhaps?

    The NNID that is tied to my 3DS, which has a ban applied to it works fine on my Switch with no issues

    all the bans have been device specific. so unless they start banning nnid names, you're fine.
