Hi.

First time trying to play a Wii game in dolphin. I'm trying to setup xenoblades on dolphin using an xbox controller as a classic controller. I set the buttons as outlined for xbox on

https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thre...chronicles-hd-texture-pack-v5-2u-june-19-2014

However now the camera keeps spinning as if I was holding the stick to the right. I'm pretty sure the controller is ok as it works fine in gamecube games. Anyone have any idea what I might be doing wrong ?

If your settings are exactly right, it's probably the controller being ever so slightly off. It'll show you where the controller is at in the controller settings, I believe you can also adjust it slightly.

In my experience, a controller that I have that works perfectly has my character in some games via dolphin walking ever so slightly when the stick doesn't reset to perfect center (old and probably slightly sticky).

Thanks for the reply.
The sticks seem centered in the settings window, and I've set the deadzone value ( which I assume controls how much you need to tilt the stick for it to register ). No matter which direction I move the right stick in, the camera seems to just spin to the right. I've triple checked the settings for the R-Stick and they look correct (from top to bottom, right Y+, then right Y-, right X-, right X+

Unfortunately, this is an issue that somehow snuck into the more recent dolphin builds and has yet to be fixed. However, it only affects emulated wii-mote setups. If you use a real wii remote with a classic controller, it should work fine. If you don't have one, or prefer to use your xbox controller (which I like to use as well), the last build of dolphin without the controller bug is apparently build 4.0-2148. So that's the build you want to get. Here's the link to the issue report if you want to keep up to date on it:

Here's hoping the issue gets fixed soon.
