You'll have to hack a HDD with HDDHackr.
It must be a Western Digital Scorpio Blue (20, 60, 120, 250, 320, 500 GB)
Just hooking it up to your PC and running HDDhackr from boot is enough to hack it.

After that, you'll need to backup your Xbox emulator with Xplorer 360 (build for your drive size) and inject it in the new one (for your drive size)

The best way to copy data from the 360 to the new HDD is to get a HDD transferpak by MS.
Otherwise, backing up all the data and injecting it into the HDD with Xplorer 360 also works.

Unfortunately, you'll have to format it (wiping the security sector that tells a 360 that it's a 360 HDD)
But yes, it's just a standard 2.5 inch HDD, so you can use it no prob.

So no problems with formatting? (From windows I mean)
Because I saw some videos where people use low format tool...
