so is the oringal xbox still have live or no?
Can you still get on Live? Probably. Do any games still have servers up for normal Xbox games? I would be surprised if you could find more than two or three, if that many.
hmmmm... i'm wondering if i can get a oringal xbox and see if it can get online... if not there goes my dream of playing a game which i have been dying to play since it came out 2002 and yes it's got DLC so yeah and i don't want to spoil it on youtube so yeah...
I thought Live for the original xbox was suppose to be cut some time ago, no? Or maybe it was just something to do with Halo....
Here ya go!
Xbox live 1.0 is no more. It's gone, kaput, off to meet it's maker.
Xbox live on the Xbox 1 was shutdown a few months ago. I remember that some halo 2 players refused to log off and kept playing for weeks after they stopped allowing logins.
Nice bit of bumping today yifan_lu
Anyhow as I am here I will mention you do have system link- most people used xlink kai on the original xbox although you can beat many VPN solutions (I dislike using that word but I can not think of a more fitting one at present) into working for you.
Did you completely miss the Halo 2 Live farewell last year? There was even news about 13 people who were still playing Halo 2 after the shutdown, with the last of which to finally (get booted) off nearly a month after.
You can still play system-link-compatible games online using either XLink Kai or XBConnect though (but I haven't gotten XBConnect to work).
