btw, when i run the games thru the usb hdd via xk3y, does the game data gets stored in the usb hdd or in xbox hdd?

Game data gets stored on the USB HDD.
Save game data gets stored on the internal HDD of the 360.
Game related data gets also stored in your gamertag which gets stored on the internal HDD of the 360 as well.
