You still need bottle caps if you're RNGing for Hidden Power.

You don't need that unless you do unrestricted level 100 battles since at 50, 30/31 IV stats are the same. I can see the need now with the upcoming "No Holds Barred" competition (it needs to be in quotes) because the battles will be level 100. 9 times out of 10, online battles are level 50.

idk why you would need to rng the ivs in gen 1 just dupe your rare candys and get the pokemon to lv 100 then use bottle caps

That's the main reason for me because I already got the birds and Mewtwo done before this came out. So far it seems like the easiest RNGing for perfect Dittos, at least from Gen 6 onwards.

I'd die of happiness when it does, since there are indeed tons of content that USUM have offered for us, like past legendaries and more etc.
I'm still glad that there is no shiny lock on legendaries saving for cover legendaries and Tapus.

I assume USUM will be similar, but how do you get your desired frame in ID RNG? Like how you press A on your desired frame in most encounters, where's that point with this RNG in SM? I want to be able to nickname Marshadow.
