Since 0.1.1 was released in 2012 the author included in the release notes that PAL60 was fixed. However, I can't find an option anywhere in the basic, advanced, and emulator specific graphics settings that allows me to change color and sync modes. I do see double strike which works for 240p, but need some help locating how to set this to PAL60 on an RGB monitor that accepts 60Hz vertical sync via SCART cable. Maybe I need to edit a config file?
