Hacking Wii Wads transfer to WII U

Hey every body.

I will be updating to a WII U shortly but my current Wii is both hard and soft modded my question is, if i use the wii data transfer channel will the virtual console games (wads) and my paid vc games transfer over to my wii u.

The only vc games that will transfer over are ones you paid for, wads downloaded from the net or forwarder channels will not transfer.
