The Wiimote would have a better chance at it than the WiiU Pro Controller.

Sure and the PS4 and Xbone controllers are already charging $10 more than what I would consider reasonable for a controller. So the Switch pro controller is $20 more than what I'd consider reasonable for a controller.

To be fair that is based of MSRP and the PS4/X0 controller are frequently sold much less than that, Nintendo sales are rare.

I try not to get to worked up about hardware costs of anything when the Total Cost of Ownership is driven more by other factors and this applies to other things as well like cell phones, routers/modems, vehicles etc.

Does it charge with a USB-C connection?
Think it's the same port as the Switch Tablet as it certainly looks identical, imo.
