The latest version of libogc supports Wii U Pro Controller.

However the calibration data of the joysticks written in the code appear to be not correct.

I wrote a simple test to measure the calibration data from real Wii U Pro Controllers.

If you have a Wii U Pro Controller, it would be helpfull if you run the test and report in this thread the results.

This is the test to be installed in the SD card:

https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BzmiDeFEjxKadGRuMXNqTW9qdkE

The Wii U Pro Controller must be registred as player 1.

After you launch the test you have to move the two joysticks in all directions (as maximum or minimum as you can).

The program saves the results in Test_results.txt.

Please, paste and copy the results in this thread.

Thanks.

Um, would you need this to be done again? I could find some time in the next days.

I would suggest, if it is possible, to make some kind of text log or maybe a screenshot at the press of a button, with the name of the input (left or right stick) and the direction used, it would be WAY easier, faster, and practical to report to you with all the complete data.

This test is different from the other one. It provides more completed data.

Tomorrow I will submit a new program which can save the results in a file.

how do I sync the wiiu pro controller with the wii console?
On the Wii System Menu, press Sync on the console, then on your controller. It will flash for some seconds.

That's it. Now you can use it on compatible homebrew (no, no Virtual Console or any official software, period).

just cant do this :(
boot wii 'press A button' screen appears then goes to sysmenu after about 30 seconds

attempted to sync wiiu pro but couldnt sync - when I synced old wiimote that did right away.
wiiu pro sync'd in test app as no.2 controller - but it needs to be no.1 controller right?
how would I get to HBC anyway from sysmenu if the wiiu pro wouldnt work on sysmenu??

I'm gonna need a noob walkthru off one of you guys :(

So? This screen doesn't have anything to do with the first sync process.

I use a GCN controller to enter the app. You could also just take the batteries off after opening the test app, and then press a button on the WUPC so it is recognized as controller 1. Pretty simple.
