Misc Wii U miiverse error code 121-0902

I am getting an error code when i load up Miiverse My Info. I o through the set up and it gives me a error code.

121-0902
This is a permission error common to Miiverse on all systems. It means either Bad Request, or Forbidden.

This is commonly seen when you try to Yeah posts that were deleted, or do things that you do not have the permissions to do, and therefore cannot (e.g, delete someone else's post, comment on a blocked user's post, view an admin deleted post, etc)

115-1009 is the error code when you are permanently banned on a particular console. The 121-0902 code is for when you do not permissions to perform certain actions. With the moderation notice towards the middle of the video and the given error code, it looks like you do not have permissions to change the description on your profile.
