Hardware Wii U doesn't open games and applications

Unmodded. Hangs on splash screen on every game (disc or digital) and even on system settings. Is it a brick? Any suggestions?

Another strange thing is that I can't synchronize any wii remotes on it to test wii mode.

Solved. Changed the bluetooth adapter and everything worked again.

It seems a faulty bluetooth adapter really messes nintendo systems. Since original wii even refused to boot when it happened.
