Try updating your cios, the recommended one nowadays is D2X version 52 created out of IOS56 or 57

Also, when you say "games in wbfs format", you mean the files (good) or the file system (outdated but should still work)?

Im created 3 wads on the root sd card
IOS56-64-v5662.wad
IOS57-64-v5919.wad
IOS58-64-v6176.wad

is there something wrong ? i still when launching games restarts the WII.

Should i have to install WAD files for games or its enough with wbfs files so i can play them ?

No, just install d2x-v10-beta52-wii, not beta53, not vWii - as 249[56], 250[57], and optionally 251[58] using the d2x installer.

If you're having issues with games with that then it's likely either a) your HDD isn't partitioned/formatted properly, b) it's a flash drive or other incompatible device, or c) the game images are bad.

Did i must to install the wads to work with wad manager or its just ok that they are in hdd in wbfs format ?
anyway i tryed to install the wads , i installed wad manager and then ios249 but i cant select source usb device nor usb 2,0 device . (I just tried this i dont know if i must do this)
