Hacking Wii hung after select return to Menu from any game

Hi All,

I just upgraded to 4.0U from 3.0U.
I tested everything and work perfectly...except one problem.
Everytime I exit game from game by use home button/Return to Wii Menu, Wii will hung and no response.
I will need to manually switch off the power supply and on again to get it work.

I never have this problem when I using 3.2U.
Anyone can give me some advises?

Additional info: I used USB Loader GX, Neogamma, softchip??all also having this problem...
