Hacking Wii Game Forwarder Channel for USB Second Partition

Hello!
Let's cut to the chase. I need to make forwarder channels for a few games on the second partition of my Fat32 USB HDD. I made a few channels a while back (when I used a WBFS HDD) of games like SSB Brawl and Super Mario Galaxy 2 using the tool Loadstructor, but, of course, now they don't work. I was wondering what tool I need to use to create some new channels for my new HDD.

Try CustomizeMii (google SifJar's banner guide)

I've used CustomizeMii before, but I didn't think there was a way to get the banner and icon from the game's .iso file with that program.

Question: Is it even possible to create a forwarder to boot a game in the second partition? (since I can always insert the banner and icon myself)
