Hacking Wii fit goes to green screen when trying to load

Ok so im trying to load wii fit pal version It will load if i dont change the video or region settings but the screen is all distorted

but if i change it to ntfs it goes to a green screen or a black screen.

Do i need to update my wii? or any i not changing the right setting?

What kind of Wii do you have? NTSC or PAL?
