The closer the firmware to 9.2 the better.
Anything over 10.5 will require a game.
Anything between 9.0-10.5 is good. of course 9.2 or even 2.1.0 is even better.

Bundle or not?

I bought an unopened N3DS two and a half weeks ago from Amazon UK. (and a sexy 64 GB MicroSD too) and it came on one of the 9 firms, easily Browserhaxable. It didn't even have the browser version check. That's the basic rule - buy new. Not pre-owned, not refurbished, new. Because "new" means unopened, and these unopened systems are usually at least several months old in reality. The system being a bundle is less important than remembering this rule.

No bundle, the 2 first where N3ds LL and the last one a N3ds XL all on 9.9 ^^

It's USA but it's the Middle East official release.
