ROM Hack Why does my HANS boot back to Homebrew instead of the game itself?

So I decided to replace some sound files in a game, I've put the romfs in the Hans folder, named it (Titleid).bin, then I decided to run it but it only boots back to Homebrew. Trying to exit out of Homebrew will only freeze the 3DS.

(Oh yeah. I'm not con-banned btw. lel)
