Question where is the shout box?

can't find it on the main page and also is there a reason why?

Is it possible since the new homepage redesign it got moved? You can edit your GBAtemp homepage to fit you liking. The shoutbox should still be in your nav bar at the top of the screen or halfway down the forum index page.

Hover over your icon in the top right and go down to Customize Portal. Then you can add the shoutbox. If it's not there, my guess is you're banned from it for being a bad chillin.
