Gaming Where are my game files saved? Cia games

I want to use PKHex and edit my sav file for pokemon Y. I can't seem to find the save file anywhere. I'm using lumas homebrew system thingy and got fbi installed, on 11.3 using a new 3ds xl. Where do I find my save files?

Use JKSM instead it's more user friendly

Use FBI to scan one of the QR codes on the first post to install JKSM to your Home Menu then launch JKSM. Your CIA games are located in the SD/CIA option.
