ROM Hack What tools to translate a game?

Hello guys,

I'm beggining at translation and i search tools to translate Tomodachi Collection in my native language (who's not English).
So, i was looking for some tools who can help me to make it.
Can anyone help me ?

For more specific file formats that might occur in the rom you might have to go looking if someone made some but I highly doubt it.
