Hello all,

So I now have a wii u that is not updating. the gives me error code 105-3102 when I try to update, so I sent it to Nintendo and they found remains of homebrew after I formated. So now I have a wii u that is stuck on 5.0.0,cant connect to anything on the Internet because it is out if date, and can't do much with games, it won't run mario kart 8 for some reason. I Will get it probably on Tuesday the 21st.

So, should I sell the wii u on eBay for parts? Or is it possible to fix it by installing clean ios wads? Has anyone solved it by themselves? If it's not possible, I'll sell it somehow and sell the game pad and the cables and my games and use it to get myself some 3ds stuff.

if you still have homebrew please post a system check trust me it helps. I had this problem before but I solved it thanks to some help.
if you don't have homebrew make sure to re-install it or else you probably wont be able to fix this
unless Nintendo did something to block homebrew

It is projected to arrive on tuesday. Once I get it back, ill install it again.
If I remember correctly, I did install dx2-cios in 249,259, and 251.
And I will post a syscheck.

you said you had cios's do you know what base are they from by any chance

if you cant try posting all the versions of all installed ios (yellow ones) on it using mmm multi mod it might be annoying but it might help

oh and try installing the nus ios 36 wad using mmm by having another ios loaded, a cios's preferably

Here are all the ios' installed:
9,12,13,14,15,17,21,22,28,31,33,34,35,37,38,46,48,53,55,56,57,58,59,62,80,249,250,251
These I know are cios from dx2-cios: 249,250,251.
I might just sell everything exept the console on ebay, and then sell the console for parts or if hackers like wii u's that cant update, to them.

You shouldn't be trying to install IOS36 from NUS as that is a Wii IOS, not a vWii IOS, unless for some reason NUS will download vWii IOS's.

You should be able to run the latest version of sysCheck HD from the HBC with IOS58, IOS36 or 236 is not required.

a list for you to look at.

Your problem is you have installed a patched wii ios 36. you need to install an original unpatched vwii ios 36 not a fakesyned one.
