Platonic Games (makers of project ukulele, and original rare employees that worked on Banjo Kazooie) shared this fan made image today of what it would be like to have Banjo in smash

God I want this to happen so bad.

I voted for Banjo & Kazooie. I just hope that, if they do make it in, they don't go for that weird angular look they got in the Xbox game. =/

Some things to note are, no anime characters, and the characters had to have been in a Nintendo console before.
That said, Rayman probably has the highest chance of making it in.

Bayonetta - need more sexy characters in smash.
Snake - favorite in brawl, also dat ass.
Travis Touchdown - dem one liners.

Top pic for who i want in: Rayman. That prank video of him being in really got me thinking about how good he would fit in the current roster and his moveset is a no brainer. He would be my #1 choice for a DLC character (now that Lucas is confirmed to be back)

Others i would like: King K. Rool, Robotnik and Banjo. We dont have many "bad guys" in the roster currently and i think we're overdue for a new one and both here would fit and are more than famous enough to have a fan base. Obviously Banjo created a huge ammount of nostalgia for alot of us, it would be great to bring him back too and his moveset (much like rayman) is a no brainer.

Well Nintendo has said they only want video game characters so anime characters are unlikely

Phil Spencer of Xbox tweeted that he would actually love and allow Nintendo to put Banjo Kazooie in the game.

The second I saw this, I immediately voted for Banjo Kazooie, and EVERYONE else on the internet should too. Let's fucking make this happen.
