You couldn't find it anywhere because it isn't a commercial ROM. The screenshot comes from an Android GB/C emulator that would never use a copyrighted game for a commercial software. So they picked a homebrew.
The game is called The Horrible Demon 2 and you can find it here.

Bonus: the dude who made this is the same who developed Gunman Clive.
