Hacking What else do I need for OtherOS++ and Red Ribbon?

Alright here were my steps. Where did I go wrong?

1. I put dtbimage.ps3.bin (NOR) on the root of my USB.
2. I unpacked the .ISO for Red Ribbon and placed all the content in my USB root.
3. I used Rebug Toolbox to install petitboot to VFLASH from the Utilities section.
4. When I try to boot OtherOS with LV1 Patches: Use Current it tells me Operation failed. Also I tried the other option same results.

Someone please help thanks!

UPDATE: I got otheros to load to petitboot, but selecting live red ribbon just gives me a message "System is shutting down now...". Someone help please.
