Hmm, I use it to water the flowers but that's all. Shame though, it coulda been fun. Rumble just doesn't work on handhelds

For it to be honestly considered "useful", it should have been integrated in the DS from the start.

And honestly, I don't think I'd like my DS to vibrate. I just can't imagine playing MarioKart with a vibrating screen...

The only game i know that works with rumble is Metroid Hunters. And maybe metroid pinball.
Should've been intergrated.
For GBC, starwarsracer was a big cartridge with a rumble motor in the cartridge. But it needed a AAA battery. Yuck.

I think it is very much worth it. I mean, it comes for free with certain games. I don't have two of them for nothing. Although it isn't super strong, it does add a nice effect.

I think the best use of it is MPH. You could actually play with no sound, and you'd know when you are hit. Especially when you get hit by the red sniper. The rumble in combination with the sound, it really... hurts. Heh. It's great.

I'd highly recomend it. It makes the experience better, and it for sure doesn't hurt anything. If I were you, I'd wait and get the DS Lite version though.

Games I've got that work with it:

Metroid Prime Pinball
Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time
Metroid Prime Hunters
Super Princess Peach
