THINGS YOU NEED:
- You need a PSViTA or PSTV, maybe a PS3 also, depends if you can still access PSN on your vita without updating to fw3.51.
If you need to transfer via PS3 you will need Vita Update Blocker to prevent PSVITA from asking to update or giving other errors (

VIDEO WALKTHROUGH:
PREP STEP INSTRUCTIONS:
1. OPEN QCMA , go to settings. CHECK "OFFLINE MODE" and choose "Manual" for CMA Protocol Selection
Choose the firmware you are on for your device, in this example we are using firmware-3.35 , so i chose:
FW 3.30 - 1900010
2. Open " vita_update_blocker_v1.2.exe "
Take Note of " Listening on " IP on vita_update_blocker_v1.2.exe
You will use this IP and enter it as a proxy on your device ( PSViTA/PSTV )
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. download and install " ape escape on the loose USA" from PSN (if you cannot access PSN on your vita USE PS3 to download your game and transfer it over via QCMA to your PSViTA/PSTV)
2. unzip FW336_APE_US_TNV11.zip (this is the one i am using cause i am on firmware 3.35 if you are using fw3.50 use FW350_APE_US_TNV11.zip )
Inside you will now have 2 save folders "TNV_54321" and "UCUS986090000"
3. download PSP firmware 6.60 (

4. Extract the PSP firmware from the .zip and RENAME to "660.PBP"
5. Place "660.PBP" inside the "TNV_54321" folder
When you installed QCMA it made some folders in "My Documents"
6. Place your two save folders "TNV_54321" and "UCUS986090000" into the following directory QCMA made for you.
C:\Users\DrFunkenstein\PS Vita\PSAVEDATA\XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
NOTE: XXXXXXXXXXXX is your user profile it is just numbers and letters but it is your profile
If you placed it in the right place it will be like this
C:\Users\YOUR WINDOWS PROFILE NAME\PS Vita\PSAVEDATA\XXXXXXXXXXXXXX \TNV_54321
C:\Users\YOUR WINDOWS PROFILE NAME\PS Vita\PSAVEDATA\XXXXXXXXXXXXXX \UCUS986090000
7.Transfer the files from your PC to your vita using QCMA
8. Start Ape Escape on the Loose
9. Load the Save file, Press X
10. you will now be in the TNV-11 menu
11. Go to Advanced
12. install 660 files
13. After install go back to the main menu in TNV-11 and exit, it will reboot into the PSP 6.60 firmware
14. you can now install PSP homebrew, load PSP iso , or PSP minis or PSN games, enjoy
