Hacking Watch Dogs savegame editor?

I need a way to reset story progress in Watch Dogs, possibly keeping achievements.
Any idea on how to do that? I was thinking that a savegame editor could help but I don't know if there's some universal editing tool or a specific one is needed.

Or maybe using system menu to move save data to another media and then create a new one?
If I do that will the original save data still be valid if I copy it back to console storage or when a new one is created the old is gone?
