Hardware Walmart price drop true?

I was wondering if the price drop at Walmart stores is true, because on the website it says "Not Sold in Stores"....

The Wal-mart I work at drop the price on August 9th so I would assume all stores have drooped the price.

The price has lowered in-store only.
