This question goes for @Cyan: I have a NAND.bin w/ keys (vWii) and I've also downloaded ALL the IOS WADs using NUSD 1.9. For some reason when I compare the IOS files they differ in sizes even though I properly packed the WADs using the common key which NUSD also uses for decryption of all vWii NUS downloads.
Note: I have used "ShowMiiWads 1.4" and "Beyond Compare 4" to compare the file sizes.
I am aware that the cert.sys does not download along with the WADs in order for you to build yourself a clean NAND. Is there anything else I'm missing here? I'm sure someone can point me in the right the direction.
