Today, I'll be showing you how to install and boot Ninjhax 2.0 on your Nintendo 3DS. As of 7/19/2015, version 9.9.0 is the latest firmware. Ninjhax 2.0 DOES work on that firmware. Finally, something for updated 3DS's. It supports 4.1 through 9.9. You can also use this tutorial to install Ninjhax 1.0 or 1.1b. It's the same concept but a different website and QR Code.

    ---What you'll need---
    1) Cubic Ninja Cartridge, Cubic Ninja downloaded from eShop, or a flashcart with Cubic Ninja ROM
    2) 3DS between version 4.1.0 & 9.9.0
    3) SD Card (Comes with 3DS)
    4) Internet connection

    ---Tutorial---
Setup a) Download the Homebrew Starter Kit ( http://smealum.github.io/ninjhax2/starter.zip ).
Setup b) Extract & place it on the root of your 3DS's SD Card (There should be a '3ds' folder and a 'boot.3dsx' file).
Setup c) Put your SD Card into your 3DS.
    1) Put your Cubic Ninja cartridge in your 3DS. If you're running it from eShop, skip this step.
    2) Turn on your 3DS.
    3) Start Cubic Ninja.
    4) Press any button, then hold down L+R+X+Y.
    5) Accept any prompts to delete save data
    6) Go to 'Create -- QR Code -- Scan'
    7) On another device with internet connection, open yoyr browser and type in " http://smealum.github.io/ninjhax2 "
    8) Scroll down and enter your 3DS's information. This can be found in system settings.
    9) Generate the QR Code.
    10) On your 3DS, align the camera so it can have a good view of the QR code. It may take a while to get it right.
    11) Press A to install the exploit when prompted.
    12) The menu should load!

    ---Booting---
To boot into Ninjhax, follow these simple steps:
    1) Turn on your 3DS.
    2) Load Cubic Ninja.
    3) Click 'Create -- QR Code' and Ninjhax should load without anything else needed.

    ---Links---
    Ninjhax 2.0 website: http://smealum.github.io/ninjhax2/
    Homebrew Starter Kit Download: http://smealum.github.io/ninjhax2/starter.zip

You do not need internet to boot into Ninjhax each time, you only need it to install the exploit. More homebrew can be found on GBAtemp and all over the internet.

Thanks for watching! If you're having any trouble, feel free to comment. Leave a like if this helped and subscribe for more tutorials. :)

Is anyone aware of an offline installer, ie: Like "Go! Gateway" for Ninjhax?

No problem. You also have browserhax, smashhax, homemenuhax, ironhax, etc if you dont have cubic ninja

Hi, I have been looking around for an answer to my problem and so far am struggling for one. I have an O3ds running Ver.4.3.0-4E, I have a hard copy of cubic ninja and want to install Ninjhax, I have tried the QR codes but the install stops on 70%. I dont get why I am having this issue of Ninjhax is supposed to work for versions 4.0.0-7 to 9.2.0-20 E/U/J? I have read around this problem and it looks as though some people are saying I may need to upgrade to a later version of the 3ds firmware. Is this really necessary? Should I do this or will that stop me from being able to install homebrew/ CFW? Basically all I want to do is install Ninjhax, then Pasta CFW maybe afterwards. What is the best way forward with this? Any help is appreciated. Thanks
