Value of a new in box unopened sealed GameBoy Color (purple)

Im going to be buying one later this week that is still new in the plastic wrap. What do you guys think I can get for it? Some on ebay are 300$ish but what do you think I can actually get?

By plastic wrap, do you mean the console or the box?

I ask because Nintendo has never wrapped their boxes and it's a common scam

Ninty wrapping their consoles/handhelds packaging boxes?

I find that hard to believe cause I never seen a sealed handheld/console from Ninty.
